Wherever you go, go with all your heart {Spain Travel Diary}

Hi guys,

Over the past weekend I attended the Electric Castle music festival in Bontida, Cluj. It was my second year there and I really enjoyed it, despite the heavy rain from the first day and all the mud that followed :). There were some amazing concerts (Parov Stelar, Fatboy Slim, Rudimental, The Cat Empire, Subcarpati- to name a few, and of course Prodigy) and the overall festival vibe was pretty awesome! Unfortunately, we didn't took our camera to the festival venue because it was much too crowded, but I did post some photos and videos on my Instragram (@dresssidestory) and Facebook page, that you can check out if you're interested.

Now, after a busy few days, I'm finally back on track with my travel diary. The star of today's post is the magnificent Cordoba. Cordoba was one of my favorite cities to visit. With such an unique architecture, narrow streets, houses where you could still spot signs of the Patios Festival that had just ended (potted flowers and blooms decorating every courtyard), this city is like the perfect blend between past and present. With all the different cultures that have settled in Cordoba throughout its history and left a mark on everything from arhitecture, to traditions and food, this city is a spectacular place to visit!

The symbol of the city has to be the Mezquita (the Great Mosque). It takes your breath away from the moment you step inside! I was so overwhelmed by this place, I can't even put into words how stunning it is! That's why I decided to dedicate an entire post to the Mezquita, that will soon be up on the blog!

For the moment, I'm leaving you with pictures from the Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos with its beautiful gardens and fountains, and some snaps of the streets of Cordoba and its amazing food market (Mecado Victoria).

I hope you'll enjoy the photos! I promise to come back soon with more!

Hugs!
