Lady in Red

Hi guys,

Gosh, I had the most terrible week at work, I was extremely busy and didn't even have the time to breathe...And the bad thing is that next week is going to be pretty much the same. But, enough about work, I won't let it ruin my Sunday :).

I present to you: the beautiful red dress. This is the dress I wore for the reception at my cousins' wedding. It was probably the best purchase I have ever made. This red silk evening gown was about 60 Euro (whaaat?!?) and I must say it made me feel amazing. I never thought a long dress can actually be so comfortable...I danced all night, until my feet gave up :P and had the most wonderful time!

You'll have to excuse me if I'm a bit short of words today...I'm extremely tired and trying to live my life a bit despite my terrible working schedule. Hope everything goes away really soon.

Wedding Bliss

Hi guys,

Remember I told you that 2 weeks ago I attended our cousins' beautiful celebration of love? Well, I came back with some pictures from that special day! The party was held at Residence Domenii Plaza hotel in Bucharest, and I must say the location was perfect! Very classy and elegant! The thing that I loved the most about that place was actually its vintage style roof terrace with wonderful views of the city! I'll definitely go back there one hot summer evening for a nice dinner with my friends. That place really got my attention!

On a different note, the weekend is rapidly approaching! Hooray! Oh, how I love shorter working weeks!

Start wearing purple...

Hi guys,

Let me tell you why I was so upset about the weather lately...I'm obsessed with dresses, and when I say obsessed I mean I own over 50 dresses (I stopped counting them after a while). Not to mention the many skirts that somehow made their way into my wardrobe... So, it is easy to understand why I was so anxious about the arrival of Spring...This season is perfect because I can still add some layers and "dress" my dresses...

This Sunday the weather was perfect for a little dress up :) and a walk in the park, followed by a nice barbecue with my closest friends (Don't worry, I didn't wear the dress to the barbecue :P).

Now it's raining...again, but I'm happy the rain didn't ruin my weekend...During the working days it can rain cats and dogs and I could't care much...My weekdays are already pretty much ruined because I have to go to work...:).

Bows and Polka Dots

Hello,

I'm a bit short of words today! Last night we finally changed the clock for Daylight Saving Time! Hopefully this will be a brutal kick in old winter's butt :)!

I guess I didn't quite get used to the change yet, everything is very confusing to me...My smart devices (computer and mobile phone) display the correct hour, whilst the other clocks in my house still live in the past :)) (cause I was too lazy to even turn the damn clocks).

I can only hope I'll be able to get up on time tomorrow morning. I would hate to be late for work (yeah right :P)!

So, dear Spring, no more excuses! Just come already... what am I supposed to do with all this daylight :)!

Birthday Girl

Hey guys! Guess what?!?

It's my birthdaaaaaay!

A few things I wish to myself on this special day: I wish for my life to be filled with love, happiness and family! I wish I was stronger, I wish I would believe in myself  more, I wish I would see my friends more often, I wish I had more patience, I wish I didn't put my work above my personal life.

As the years go by, I feel this need to auto analyze myself, my dreams and desires. The good thing about getting older is that I can more easily find ways to fulfill my dreams. So let's hear it for the power of late twenties, when we're young enough to have fun, but with a mature perspective on life :)!
