How funny is it that it actually snowed on December 1st, the first day of winter? I'll tell you! Very funny! I laughed my ass off (excuse the language) when I had to get out for some groceries and the white hell had already taken over our otherwise beautiful (:P) city. Sure, snow is great, if you're in the comfort of your own home, drinking hot chocolate, counting crystal snow flakes on your window.
But when reality strikes, and you have to wake up early in the morning to go to work, in your rubber boots, through mountains of wet snow... now that's the image of the saddest person on the planet. Well, this was me, yesterday! And then I thought to myself: hey, isn't this the season to be jolly? So the hell with snow and wet roads... and work! It's time for cinnamon rolls, and gifts, and carols, and sparkly decorations, and winter-sports...
All jokes aside, winter came and let's keep our fingers crossed for a white Christmas!

Ahh! I know just how you feel! Snow is lovely when you can cuddle up inside with warm drinks and fires, or go to holiday parties and events - but when you have to drive to work at 5 in the morning? Snow becomes your worst nightmare. I know from experience. Gorgeous pictures!
