After Monday to Friday madness, it's finally time for some weekend happiness! Between cleaning the house, doing laundry and grocery shopping (hey, happiness comes from simple things, ha ha), we managed to squeeze in a little visit to the Botanical Garden. It was really nice and quiet and I very much enjoyed this mini trip.
I was waiting for my parents to come stay with us for the weekend, but unfortunately my father got caught up at work so they won't be able to arrive untill tomorrow morning. Bummer!
So, with the house being clean and the fridge being full, it's time for some Dirty Dancing and heavy eating :P!
I recently decided to re-watch some of my favorite movies, it's kind of my newest weekend tradition. Some of them I watched as a kid, so it will be interesting to see my adult perspective on them...Nobody puts Baby in the corner! :)

Sounds fun! It's always weird watching movies that I used to like when I was younger--I always find things that I never noticed before. Also your dress/skirt is really cute! I like it with the denim!

Great pics and great styling! I am a lover of lace/crochet and denim combination too! You look really nice and happy in the pictures.
